Log into your online account and click Move-Out to schedule your move-out date, or email info@statestorage.com. Large, XL, and XXL units require 30 days advance notice. On or before your move-out date, empty the unit completely, sweep it out, and remove your lock. Text a photo of the empty swept unit with the unit number visible to (605) 570-5262 or email it to info@statestorage.com. Note: if moving out on the last day of the month, complete the process by 3 PM or you may be charged for the following month.

Deposits are typically refunded on the 2nd or 3rd calendar day of the month following your move-out. Refunds are returned to the same credit card used at move-in.
